Will Kamal Hasan create new controversy?

Seems Kamal Hasan and controversies are twin brothers. Kamal being a perfectionist never compromises in his film making. Even in personal life he has strong beliefs. This has caused many problems to Kamal in the past. But this actor producer and director never relents and goes on in his pursuit of excellence. Recently Kamal experienced serious problems in case of Vishwaroopam movie. Not just was Vishwaroopam blocked by some agitators it also faced ire of exhibitors and distributors as Kamal wanted to release it directly on television through DTH (Direct to home) service. With stern opposition from distributors and exhibitors, Kamal skipped that move then.

But now Kamal is again thinking of using DTH service to release his ‘Vishwaroopam-2′ movie. ‘Vishwaroopam-2′ is the sequel for Kamal’s hit Vishwaroopam and has good expectations. Though distributors are saying that Kamal is obstructing their livelihood by directly releasing it on TVs, Kamal says that there is no such danger. ”As we go to hotel to eat even if we cook in home, in the same way people will come to theatres and watch even if the movie is released on TV,” is what Kamal says in this respect. Kamal is saying that he will release the movie in DTH at least in US even if it is stopped here in India. Seems like Kamal has fixed his mind on this and it appears one more controversy may kick up soon.
