Bhanuchander to direct his son Jayanth

After MS Raju tried it earlier with his son Sumanth Ashwin in Thuneega Thuneega and failed to taste success, it’s turn of actor-director Bhanuchander.

Bhanuchander, who has directed two films earlier, has been staying away from donning director’s hat since then. He is returning to wield the megaphone. And the two-film-old director is going to direct none other than his actor-son Jayanth.

What’s more? The film has been titled as Na Koduku Bangaram (My son is gold). Bhanu who earlier rendered tunes for his directorial ventures, will continue the trend for this film as well. Said to be a family drama with comedy, the movie will go onto floors from October end. The makers are now busy hunting for the female lead. Bhanuchander said, “The movie lives up to its title and I’d like to prove that my son is gold. I’m going to explore the all-round talent in my son Jayanth.”

Let’s see how this film turn out. After all, Tollywood is made up of star kids and new entrant Jayanth is one among them. It’s Jayanth who has to prove his mettle as father’s popularity helps only for debut but may not pull crowd to theatres.
