Hyderabad Following the case leveled against producer Bandla Ganesh for the stampede took place during the audio launch of ‘Baadshah’ which took away life of a person, Ganesh, who is producing NTR-starrer ‘Baadshah’ under his banner Parameshwara Arts, has surrendered himself to Rayadurgam police and cops produced Ganesh in Uppara Palli court in Rajender Nagar.
Ganesh was accompanied by organizer of the audio launch event. Bandla Ganesh has been framed under section 304 (A) of Indian Penal Code (IPC). However, Ganesh got bail from the court on the basis of a bond of Rs 5000 with two sureties.
Ganesh has been in news for all wrong reasons. He was very recently in the news as Income Tax raids. Though Ganesh donated an amount of Rs 5 Lakh to victim Raju’s family, looks like, there is no ending to his woes in near sight.
