This is a 3D movie and this movie is based on the life of Rani Rudrama Devi. She is one of the popular ruler of Kakatiya Dynasty. The latest news is Southern actress Aditi Chengappa has roped in this movie. She will play the role of Ganapamba, sister of Rani Rudrama Devi, a character being essayed by Anushka Shetty in the film.

This Telugu film revolves around the story of Rani Rudramadevi, the revered queen of the Kakatiya dynasty in 13th century.Anushka Shetty is playing the title role, Rana Daggubati to play the role of Chalukya Veerabhadrudu,the prince of Nidavardhyapuram (Present Nidadavole).. Actresses Aditi Chengappa and Hamsa Nandini are essaying the role of Rudramadevi’s sisters – Annambika and Madanika, respectively.Veteran actor Krishnam Raju is also said to be on board.
