Dasari Narayana Rao to Remake Viswamitra

There are many masterpiece classics that Tollywood has seen and one among them is the film ‘Viswamitra’. This had the great N T Rama Rao doing the title role and now it is heard that senior director Dasari Narayana Rao has decided to remake the film once again.

Sources say he has already registered a title at the Film Chamber too. The other update is that Dasari will only direct the film and the producer is going to be Yalamanchali Sai Babu. News is that Sai Babu who has produced films like ‘Sri Rama Rajyam’ ‘Shirdi Sai’ ‘Intinta Annamayya’ has come to an understanding with Dasari.

The buzz is that Dasari has approached Nagarjuna and gave him the copy of the film ‘Edanthasthula Meda’ and told him to watch it. However, it is not sure whether Nagarjuna will be doing Dasari’s ‘Viswamitra’ or the remake of ‘Edanthasthula Meda’. The coming days will reveal about this one.
